          如果水分攝取不足,很有可能會為中風、肥胖癥等疾病埋下伏筆。

 

          而學會正確喝水,不僅對疾病有預防和治療作用,還能有效減緩疼痛

                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
          
貝曼格利對3000多位病患進行臨床觀察後發現,
氣喘、過敏 、抑鬱、胃潰瘍等病,和水分攝入多少有關。

 

        他還總結出正確喝水的幾大好處,包括:   
                                                                                                                                                             
      
預防疾病:水能預防心臟和腦部血管阻塞;
       
                                                                                                     
      
提高免疫力:水可以提高免疫系統的活力,對抗細菌侵犯
      
                                                                                    
      
抗抑鬱:水能補足神經傳導物質血清素;
     
                                                                                                         
      
抗失眠:水是制造天然睡眠調節劑——褪黑激素的必需品
     
                                                                                    
      
活力泉源:水給細胞供應天然的能源;
   
                                                                                                             
      
抗癌:水使造血系統運轉正常,有助於預防多種癌症
       
                                                                                         
      
增強注意力:喝水能幫助大腦保持活力,把新信息牢牢存到記憶銀行
                                                                                                                                                    
       
貝曼格利還提出用"水療法"來改善身體狀況。水療法就是攝入足夠的水,一般一天要喝68杯,平均分配在一天之中;均衡飲食, 攝取大量的蔬菜水果;不喝咖啡及酒;經常運動。                             
                                                                                                                                                    
       
貝曼格利還強調,
水應該在餐前喝,最好是餐前30分鐘,尤其是患有胃炎、十二指腸炎、
胃潰瘍、結腸炎及消化不良導致產氣的人,這樣可以讓腸胃道做好消化食物的準備。
                                                                                                                                      
       
此外,早上起床後先要喝水,彌補因長時間睡眠造成的脫水
